Here is What You'll Do
Learn why decision trees are the future of sports performance
Athletes need training based on their individual needs, but it's impossible to wade through all the data to make good decisions in real-time. Automated decision trees help you take charge of your data to make fast, accurate decisions.
Review real-world decision trees in action
The internet is full of pretenders who have nothing more than theories and concepts. We're going to show you some real-life examples of decision trees that are actually helping coaches be more effective and efficient.
Establish the fundamentals of effective decision trees
Taking clear, decisive action from less data is more beneficial to your athletes than making ambiguous, inconsistent decisions from too much data. You'll learn the fundamentals of creating and implementing reliable decision trees into effective interventions.
Start drafting your own decision tree
All you'll need is a whiteboard or blank piece of paper. We're going to walk through the steps that can help you create clear, concise decision trees. You might even be able to put them into practice the very next day.
Investigate automated decision trees in Excel
Decision trees help you make informed decisions, but the future of high performance sport is to automate your decisions at scale. We will take you on a brief tour of the complex spreadsheets that have brought decision trees to life.
Learn how to automate decision trees without Excel
Building spreadsheet-based, automated decision trees requires an advanced knowledge of Excel, and a basic understanding of programming language. We'll show you how to automate your decision trees without any spreadsheets or code.
