About Ernie Rimer

Dr. Ernie Rimer is an applied sport scientist with 20 years of experience working in collegiate, Olympic, and professional sport. He received his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from University of Utah, and his M.Ed. and B.S. from Northern Arizona University. Currently, he is the Co-founder and Chief Science Officer of FYTT (fytt.io) and the Director of Sport Science for the University of Utah Athletics Department. Rimer uses his education and experience to educate others, and to enhance athlete health, safety, and performance for the teams he serves.

He has been building, experimenting, and refining his techniques for over 15 years, and he has taught all-day courses on the subject at various industry conferences.
